The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and appropriate insurance cover in place to meet any liabilities arising under this agreement.

The Hirer confirms that safe and suitable access will be provided for all Company vehicles and Equipment. Access must be clear of overhead hazards such as trees, branches, cables or other obstructions, and the Hirer must ensure there are no underground pipes, drains or concealed services that could be damaged during delivery, installation, use, removal or collection of the Equipment.

The Company reserves the right to apply additional charges where delays occur or extra labour is required as a result of poor site conditions, restricted access, soft or unstable ground, adverse weather, or any other factors beyond the Company’s control. Additional time will be charged at the current rate of £30.00 per hour. A maximum of one hour on site is included for delivery and collection; any time beyond this may be chargeable.

If the Equipment is not available for collection on the agreed date, the Company reserves the right to charge additional hire fees. This will be calculated at 15% per day of the quoted daily hire rate, or a full hire charge where the delay prevents the Company from fulfilling another booking due to the unavailability of the Equipment, whichever is applicable.
